Selling & Renting Information

Selling your home

You can make arrangements to sell your home by owner or through a real estate agent.
Please inform your real estate agent that each community has paperwork and background check requirements for all new owners.  Please be sure the buyers  understand those requirements.  Contact information for local communities is available under the "Contact Glen Eagle" tab above.  Once a sale is approved by the local community, paperwork will be forwarded to Glen Eagle Master Association.  Signs are not allowed on properties advertised for sale.  Community open houses are held on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 - 4:00 pm.  Appropriate signage directing potential buyers to your home is allowed at this time.

An index card announcement of your property may also be posted on the bulletin board in the hallway outside the administrative offices.
